The VIPER IV is a unique 4 x 24mm motor cluster whose fins attach into the valleys of the motor mount tube cluster which extends beyond the main airframe. It can attain altitudes over 2200' using 4 E motors. This kit can also fly on 4 D12-3 motors. Parachute Recovery!
All LOC/PRECISION "PK-XX" kits include heavy duty airframe and motor mount tubes, high-grade precision-cut plywood fins, centering rings, rip-stop nylon parachute or streamer, nylon elastic shock cord and mount, launch lug, polypropolene nose cones and instructions.

Bought the Viper IV in 1994, put an awesome Imron Candy Apple red coating (silver base, red clear coat) on it and love every launch! Have to repair a fin that broke from moving to a new home but hope to launch at Palm Beach Spacemodeling Club Dec 2025!
