Shipping policy

ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY

  • Most orders ship in 1-5 business days.
  • Some orders may take a few days longer, especially those with large diameter kits or PML kits.
  • PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH MOST ITEMS!  PLEASE VISIT THE PRODUCT PAGE TO DOWNLOAD THEM IF AVAILABLE.
  • We ship orders through USPS and UPS.
  • We only ship on weekdays.
  • We may substitute a different shipping method if necessary.
  • If there is an overage, we will refund the difference.
  • If you need a rush order shipped same day, you must contact us via phone 920-892-0557 or at support@locprecision.com before 1:00pm CST to see if it's possible. Do not place a second day air or next day air order and expect it to ship the same day!
  • Orders with a quantity of more than five (5) kits may need extra time to fulfill. If you are in a rush, please contact us at support@locprecision.com to inquire about stock levels.
  • We do ship internationally. If you need your order in a timely fashion, please choose UPS Worldwide as USPS does not guarantee delivery dates nor does it include insurance.
  • International customers are responsible for all local import taxes and brokerage fees. These fees are not added to your order.
