DESCRIPTION

The LOC Goblin model rocket is a new 4” diameter rocket kit. With permission to upscale a classic rocket, the LOC Goblin is here and full of new features. The most notable is a Loc-n-Mount system allowing 54, 38, and 29mm motors. At 42 ounces it’s light enough to be a Class 1 flyer, and with the main 54mm it can easily attain high power flights. Decals are included as well as all necessary hardware and rail guides. Recovery is with a 36” Rip-stop nylon parachute and 15’ flat braided nylon shock cord with loops sewn in the ends. The booster section can be completely assembled and then slid into the airframe for maximum strength.  OR still use the traditional fin tabs and slots.

LOC Custom Series kits are designed to get away from the standard FTC (fin, tube, cone) rocket and may include a wide variety of building options. Using advanced techniques and bringing traditional modeling together, these kits will only go as far as your construction skills!

Great kit

Great rocket! I've flown mine on a Loki i377 and it was amazing, I also have the 5.5 inch goblin and I'm currently building a second 4 inch that I'm stretching and making dual deploy, Thanks LOC

The Goblin is relatively easy to build and super cool. I recommend building the fin can outside the airframe for maximum strength. I did the entire build except for finishing in 3 evenings. Can’t wait to get this one to a launch!

I just received my Level 1 Certification with this great kit. The kit was easy to build and I referred to all the Goblin builds on the internet to get so get tips. I build my fin can outside and with the fillets was really strong. I did taper my fin edges but that what I do. Lots of motors options from 29mm/38mm/54mm. I want with a 36″ Rockman SpaceX chute with a Jolly Logic Chute Release. My Cert flight was on an H112-8BJ, one of the commits was that was a textbook flight. Overall the construction was simple, easy, and a well-desighed kit. I would recommend this for anyone that wants to get into high power to get certified for level 1 or level 2.
