Fun Build

I love this rocket color and name. Great 24mm robust rocket to fly. Takes a beating and keeps on ticking lol. Great quality and unique. Love how the fins fit and look.

This thing is an amazing little rocket. I love throwing an E30 in it and watching it go. It has landed in water before and is still going strong. Great for small field fun.

Great low-cost low- to mid-power 24mm engine kit

The Blaster was the first LOC/Precision kit I’ve built, although I am very experienced in the hobby. Even though it is a small rocket, it is built like a tank from parts for much bigger rockets. I enjoyed building this kit, which features through-the-wall fins, a Kevlar shock cord, and uses epoxy for construction. I liked that a fire resistant blanket and 12″ nylon parachute are included. The vinyl decal sticks really well and looks great with the suggested paint scheme. The only downside was that there was no engine block nor engine hook for the 24mm x 95mm engine mount, so I provided my own. I’ve launched it with a C6-3 and a D12-5 with adapters, and an E12-6 which are all good choices, depending on the size of your field. I may try it with an F32-8T, which it is more than strong enough to handle, but I might not ever see it again!
