Unfortunately, it will be a couple years before I use this for my L3, but I have no regrets about snagging SWR-064! Love that it technically has everything needed to build it; it's my choice to buy a different 'chute or shock cord. Typically awesome LOC kit!

This is the large rocket you're looking for.

This thing is just awesome. It stands an astounding 9.5' feet tall, or 11' feet tall if you can find a PML nosecone, and I promise that's large enough to impress all of your friends. Built properly, it's strong enough to take some serious punishment, and the quality of the kit is fantastic making it an easy build. It's also not super heavy, so in the 7.6" airframe there is a TON of room for your recovery gear, making it easy to fly too. If you want a challenge, wrap it in carbon fiber and it'll probably take anything you can fit up the back. Ask me how I know... 😉 You want to do your L3 with this thing? Easy. Depending on if you build it stock which would work just fine or if add fiberglass or carbon fiber, you're looking at like a 5,000-6,500 foot flight on a baby M like the M1297, and that'll stay within the waiver at a lot of fields that don't have excessively high waivers. (Highly recommend the M1297 for the Skinwalker, cert flight or otherwise.)

I've flown my Skinwalker SWR-037 three times now, and I have thoroughly enjoyed all 3 flights, and will enjoy all the future flights I do with it. If you're at a launch and you see a teal Skinwalker with a whale on it, come say hi!
