With the advent of 98mm motors, many people are building large rockets with 98mm motor mount tubes. Some of these rockets can be successfully flown with 75mm and 54mm motors as well. We have developed a giant, heavy-duty version of our original locking-tab style Kwik-Switch motor mount to allow you to easily and safely change from one motor size to another in a matter of seconds. This mount is available with 98/75/54mm adapters, or with just 98/54mm adapters. Each adapter is also available individually, as is the 98mm Mother Tube system (so you can build it into your rocket and add adapters later).
The 98mm Kwik Switch kit includes:
- 1) 36" long 98mm tube (PT-3.9)
- 1) 36" long 75mm tube (PT-3.0)
- 1) 36" long 54mm tube (PT-2.1)
- All necessary locking & centring rings
- All necessary locking tabs (already installed in 98mm Mother Tube)
